Our post-disaster solutions

Our climatic event services

CLIMATIC EVENTS

Nowadays, weather warnings can warn of the risk of natural disasters, but they cannot accurately predict their intensity or the exact area of damage.

In the wake of climatic events, Mondial Sinistre has set up a specific organization to respond rapidly to urgent requests for all the files entrusted to us. Thanks to the on-the-ground knowledge of our local managers and the mobilization of all our staff on a given point, we are able to take charge of damage assessment and quickly follow up with clean-up and dewatering work.

1. IN THE FIELD :

The local manager goes out to the first files to give instructions to the various support staff. He clarifies any exclusions or local peculiarities. In addition, he provides advice on atypical cases, such as those involving food professionals or sites where chemical products are present.

Assisted by his Operations Manager, he welcomes and organizes the actions of the teams present in the various intervention zones.

2. IN THE OFFICE :

A cell is set up to handle incoming telephone calls and relieve local teams. This unit enables teams in the field to intervene rapidly.

- Centralize all requests at a single point.

- Make appointments with policyholders to prepare in advance the rounds of staff responsible for assessing the services required to treat the damage.

- Manage the logistics of materials deployed at the event.

- Obtain agreements from all principals and pass on information to the local team.

- Centralize calls from all policyholders requiring further information.

- Produce precise reports tailored to the needs of each client.

This efficient organization enables us to respond rapidly and in a coordinated fashion to climatic events, and to better help our customers overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
